Eric Crisler - Eric Crisler, the founder and Managing Partner of Entero Energy, has almost two decades of experience in launching and managing companies, as well as investing with public and private companies. Through his current involvement with solar, Mr. Crisler has gained practical insights on approaches to sustainable energy production and is positioning Entero Energy to capitalize on the growing demand for clean, responsible power solutions. Mr. Crisler has an established an extensive network of solar industry contacts, including leading manufacturers, system engineers, developers, and financiers which provides Entero Energy customers access to state-of-the-art technologies, best practices, and financing models. In its four years of being in business, Entero has completed numerous commercial solar installations, consulting and development projects. Since 1998 Mr. Crisler has been the Managing Partner of CT Investors, LLC, a family based investment firm dedicated to making private investments, both active and passive, in a broad based selection of technology and technology services companies. Mr. Crisler received his BA from Duke University and his MBA from Yale University.

Jake Stephens - Jake Stephens heads up Entero Energy's distributed solar development activities. Mr. Stephens is a pioneering U.S. solar industry expert and executive with extensive experience in founding and advancing related ventures, projects, and technology. As a co-founder and Senior Vice President of US Solar Holdings, he led and/or contributed to the activities which resulted in development of a 1,000+ MW of utility-scale green field project portfolio, successful M&A transactions for over 600 MW of pipeline (with world-leading solar counterparties including NRG Solar, First Solar, and Siemens/Solel), securing a $3.0 MM U.S. D.O.E. technology development award, and development and management of supporting teams. Related experience and activities include corporate strategy, business development, team building, land acquisition, EPC strategy, financial analysis, modeling, deal origination, PPA negotiations (to 139 MW), technology selection, project design, energy performance modeling, transmission and interconnection, utility RFP processes, permitting, regulatory policy, government relations, marketing, project design, public speaking, and project management. Mr. Stephens has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management – and graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Mathematics.

Chris Regan - Prior to joining Entero, Chris was VP of sales for Audio Processing Technology, an industry leader in broadcast audio hardware. Chris's also has tech entrepreneurship experience via tenures in wireless technology with RF Venue and in audio acoustic equipment with Crowley & Tripp Microphones.  Chris runs Entero's Boston office, managing business development in Massachusetts and the northeast. Chris is pursuing his MBA at Babson College.

Mark Henderson - Mark is responsible for marketing, public relations, proposal creation, and project support for Entero clients. He has over 12 years ad agency experience branding companies such as Delta Airlines, KFC, National Geographic and Motorola. Mark received his BFA in Advertising & Marketing from The University of Denver in Denver, CO and holds a Masters Degree in Advertising and Art Direction from The Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Richard Crisler - Richard has over 20 years working in industrial manufacturing, residential construction management and product design.  Richard brings practicality and creativity to the design/build process for Entero. Richard has experience in both PV and Thermal installations and manages the companies efforts in Virginia, as well as participates in Entero projects in other states.  Richard holds a BA from Duke University in Political Science.
